  • Current  Circumstances: After separating from Julia, Phil's journey took him to  the dirty apartment of a man named Sal. This unexpected twist of fate  led to his involvement with Kimiko, the leader of the kitty scout  rangers trapped in Sal's body. Waylon

JB (and his Flea society)

JB (and his Flea society)

  • Species: Halfling
  • Background:  Originally a member of the engineering crew aboard the USS Quinton,  Waylon's journey took a serendipitous turn. A simple act of picking up a  discarded piece of paper led to an unintended reputation as a 'cleaner'  of sorts. From there, it wasn't long before he found himself more  associated with janitorial tasks than engineering.
  • Appearance:  A typical halfling stature with hands that hint at a life of tinkering  and work. His attire often consists of a mix between engineering wear  and janitorial overalls, symbolizing his dual roles. A pair of curious  eyes always seems to be analyzing or perhaps just lost in thought about  the next task.
  • Personality:  Waylon is pragmatic and resourceful, often leveraging his engineering  background to provide innovative solutions to problems. While he might  seem indifferent or neutral on the surface, he holds a strong sense of  camaraderie, always ready to aid his newfound janitorial friends in  times of need.
  • Current  Circumstances: Being constantly pushed towards janitorial tasks, Waylon  has naturally gravitated towards the janitorial crew aboard the ASPCA  Good Ship Miranda. Though it was friendship and mutual survival that  initially bound him to the group, over time, he's come to embrace his  unintended role with pride and determination.
  • Fun  Fact: The phrase "Waylon, we're bailing!" has become an iconic call to  action, signaling the onset of an adventure or a tight situation that  requires the team's immediate attention

GAR

  •  Species: Lizardman
  • Background:  Hailing from a primitive planet, Gar was plucked from his homeland by a  nefarious scientist with a penchant for twisted experiments. Subjected  to modifications and embedded with a mind-control device in his skull,  Gar was transformed into a living weapon, complete with metal claws,  teeth, and armor plating.
  • Appearance:  Towering and imposing, Gar's reptilian visage is enhanced by the  gleaming metal augmentations across his body. His once natural scales  now intermingle with armor plates, making him a formidable sight.  Despite his fearsome appearance, his eyes occasionally betray a simple  desire: hunger.
  • Personality:  At his core, Gar is driven by primal desires, with hunger being the  most dominant. While the mind-control device can make him a force of  destruction when manipulated, Gar is surprisingly passive when satiated.  Those who've taken the time to understand him realize that beneath the  armor and modifications, Gar retains remnants of his original, more  innocent self.
  • Current  Circumstances: No longer fully under the control of the mad scientist,  Gar's involvement with the janitorial crew on the ASPCA Good Ship  Miranda is a complex one. While his insatiable appetite can make him a  challenge to handle, his sheer strength and unique abilities make him an  invaluable asset in tight situations.
  • Fun  Fact: Despite his fearsome appearance and enhancements, Gar's penchant  for food has led to some comically endearing moments aboard the ship.  Many aboard have learned that the quickest way to pacify an agitated Gar  is simply to feed him
